Modify a subscription

An overview of modifying a subscription's settings and contents — update the billing frequency, next charge date, end date, or change the products included.

Modify subscription settings

To update a subscription's frequency, next charge date, or end date:

To update the products in a subscription:

    Go to the Foxy admin

  2. 2

    Go to Subscriptions

  3. 3

    Click on the desired subscription

  4. 4

    Click Advanced Edit to reveal the subscription's XML transaction template

  5. 5

    Modify the XML data as needed

  6. 6

    Click Update to save your changes
